What does it cost?

Medibase is committed to providing all services to eligible veterans with no out-of-pocket expenses.

What is telehealth?

Telehealth refers to consultations that use technology to provide patients with greater access to healthcare providers. Consultations are enabled through video or telephone instead of face-to-face.

What if I prefer a face-to-face consultation?

At Medibase, we acknowledge patient choice and are excited to expand our services to face-to-face consultations through our physical clinics. We will expand our in-clinic offering in the coming months.

How can a social worker assist me?

Our social workers are qualified professionals who are experts in supporting veterans. They can help you with your physical or mental health, finances, or living circumstances. Our social workers will work with you at your pace, provide you with counselling and information, and link you to other support services.

How do I know what services I am entitled to?

Our experienced Intake Team will guide you through the services you are eligible for during your first engagement with us. Our expert team will continue to work with you to assist you in accessing the services you need to enhance your overall health outcomes.
